Mobile Broadband Strategy in USA [closed]

I'm looking to set up mobile broadband so I have an internet connection that will work wherever I travel in the US.

I'm looking for recommendations on suppliers but also advice on whether its unrealsitic to think that we I could upload data to a cloud based backup server (like Amazon etc) over this link.
